Privacy Policy

Last updated August 10, 2026

Foundry is operated by Resurgence Cloud LLC (“Foundry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the businesses and operators who use the platform and to their customers who interact with the websites, checkout, scheduling, and messaging we power on their behalf.

Information we collect

  • Account information — name, email, phone number, business details, and login credentials for operators and their team members.
  • Customer & contact data — the contact records, appointments, forms, and communications that our customers store in their workspace to run their business.
  • Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we keep limited details such as the last four digits, brand, and transaction status.
  • Communications — email, SMS, and voice messages sent or received through the platform, along with their delivery status.
  • Technical & usage data — IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and product analytics used to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

  • To provide and operate the platform — websites, payments, scheduling, CRM, email, SMS, and automations.
  • To send transactional messages such as confirmations, reminders, receipts, and security alerts.
  • To process payments, manage subscriptions, and bill for usage.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • To secure the platform, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

AI features

Parts of Foundry use AI to draft things for operators. The automation builder turns a plain-English description into a draft workflow, including suggested text and email copy. Brand auto-fill reads a website you point it at and proposes a name, logo, colors, and fonts. Site generation drafts the pages and copy for a client website. All of these produce drafts that an operator reviews — nothing an AI writes is published or sent on its own.

These features are powered by Anthropic’s Claude models. When one runs, we send Anthropic only what that task needs:

  • The description the operator typed, and the shape of the workflow on screen (step types and labels, not the message text inside them).
  • For the automation builder, the workspace’s own vocabulary — tag names, pipeline and stage names, and custom-field names — together with your business name, your brand color, and the contact line you use in your own email footer.
  • For brand auto-fill, the public contents of the website you point it at, up to roughly the first 50,000 characters of the page.
  • For site generation, the business facts supplied for the new site — name, services, business address, phone, and hours — along with your logo and photos and which features the site should include.

We do not send your contact lists, your message or conversation history, or your payment data. Anthropic acts as our service provider, and under its commercial terms this data is not used to train its models.

If you are a customer of a business that runs on Foundry: an email or text you receive from that business may have been drafted with AI assistance, in the same way it might have been drafted from a template. It is written for, reviewed by, and sent on behalf of that business, and that business decides what goes out. You are not talking to a bot — Foundry has no automated agent that holds a conversation with you, and replies you send go to the business. Websites we generate are likewise reviewed and approved by a person before they go live.

We do not use AI to make decisions about your account, your pricing, your eligibility for a service, or anything else with a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

SMS & messaging privacy

We will never sell or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for text messaging is used only to deliver the messages you have agreed to receive. See our Text Club page for full program details and opt-out instructions.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

  • With service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, Stripe for payments, our messaging and email delivery providers, and Anthropic for the AI features described above), under contracts that limit their use of the data.
  • With the operator whose workspace you interact with, where you are that operator’s customer.
  • When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or Foundry.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where the receiving party agrees to honor this Policy.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

  • Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such message.
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser, extension, or device sends it, we treat you as having opted out of any sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising, and we switch off non-essential product analytics for your visits — those pages load without our analytics tooling running at all, rather than loading it and discarding the data. We remember the preference on that browser so you do not have to send the signal again.

GPC is a “do not sell or share” signal, not an unsubscribe, so it does not cancel messages you asked us for. You will still receive transactional and service messages — receipts, appointment confirmations, and security alerts — along with any SMS or email program you opted into. To stop those, reply STOP to a text or use the unsubscribe link in an email. We also keep the error monitoring we need to detect outages and keep the platform secure.

Children

The platform is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
