SMS messaging program terms

Foundry, operated by Resurgence Cloud LLC, offers a voluntary text-messaging program so businesses, their team members, and their customers can receive account and service updates by SMS.

What messages you’ll receive

Depending on how you use the platform, messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Payment confirmations and receipts
• Order and booking updates
• Account and security alerts
• Replies to messages you send us

How to opt in

You consent to receive text messages by providing your mobile number through the Foundry platform, a booking or checkout flow, a form, or another point where we ask for it and describe this program. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To rejoin, opt in again as described above. For help, reply HELP or contact us at contact@resurgence.cloud or (937) 681-2699.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We will never sell or share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging (SMS) opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. For more, see our Privacy Policy.
